Lapaich: Fr. John Paul will be delaying the housebound visits till the week of 16th December.

The Season of Advent: There are some small prayer books available for those who wish to do a little extra in their prayers for Advent-some prayers books for Adults and some for children.

Fr. John Convery: On Thursday 5th December Fr. John Convery from the Xaverian Fathers in Coatbridge will be on the island for a long weekend (till Tuesday 10th Dec) to look after next Weekends Masses. While he is here, it might be a good opportunity to make use of a visiting Priest, to make a good Advent Confession with Fr. John while he is on the island.

Fr. John Paul: will be trying to head away this week to the mainland- from Tuesday 3rd-till Tuesday10th December. While he is away Fr. John Convery will be looking after the weekend Masses.

Gaelic Prayer Book & Hymn Book: Fr. Ross will travel over to Barra this coming Thursday 5th December (weather permitting!!!!!) and he will have a meeting in Northbay Hall from 3pm-5pm to talk to parishioners about Gaelic Hymns and prayers in which he will be putting into a new Gaelic Prayer book and Gaelic Hymn Book. All welcome.

Recent Baptism: we warmly welcome into the family of the Church ELINA MARGARET PAVLO who was baptised last Sunday in Our Lady of the Waves & St. John on Vatersay. We wish Elina every health, happiness and blessings.
